We’ve just finished our first month of Hygge in the Hollow at Good Earth Learning Center, where our days were filled with bubbling sourdough starters, warm loaves of bread, and the simple joy of making things by hand. We learned to bake sourdough, churn butter, and slow down together in the coziest ways.
As we step into our next month of Hygge in the Hollow, we’ll be gathering around the fire. Children will learn to bake sourdough over a campfire in cast-iron Dutch ovens, help build an outdoor brick oven, chop vegetables safely, simmer homemade broths, and prepare hearty meals to share outdoors!
To close out our winter session, we’ll invite parents to join us for a special campfire meal lovingly prepared by their children and safe-keepers.
✨ Be sure your child is signed up for the next session of our winter Hygge in the Hollow—we’d love to welcome you back to the hollow. ✨
